Blue Ridge is a large IT-Township outside of Pune on 140 acres of land. The project includes an SEZ and is planned with a total built up area of 6.5 million sq. ft. Over 30% of the area is dedicated to office space (2 M Sq. ft.) and is planned as a fully integrated township, with shopping areas, golf courses, a marina, etc. The aim behind this concept is to provide a common area for all the IT companies with commercial and residential developments around it, in order to give an international feel to the whole township with high quality of life and and world class facilities.

Fairwood has been retained for concept development, master planning and various other services like TEFR, DPR and Architectural Concept Design, Detailed Architecture, Design Engineering and Project Management Consultancy.

Blue Ridge was inaugurated for bookings on the 27th of October, 2007 to great response, with 150% of the Phase 1 area being booked.
