Nanded City Infrastructure Development

Fairwood has been involved in improvement of the city Infrastructure development for the city of Nanded in Maharashtra. With a Project cost of approx Rs.1500 Crores (~$375 million) and area spread across the city, the project is aimed at developing efficient & effective infrastructure for the city.

Projects which have been identified for Nanded city mainly relate to improvement of existing infrastructure including, widening of road network, construction of a bridge across the River Godavari, ROB over Railway track, construction of elevated storage reservoirs, water, and sewers lines etc. One of the major projects under this program consists of the development of the north bank of the River Godavari, with the aim of utilizing the large tract of land along the river's edge for social and leisure activities, whereas the entire south bank has been reserved for the protection of the area's decaying environment and has been reserved for an eco-park.
